The Hyatt

The Hyatt Regency hotel located in downtown also has foreclosure issues. The firm Midland Loan Services has filed a foreclosure against HRC Limited partnership, which owns the downtown Hyatt hotel, for not making a payment.

The 488-room Hyatt includes the largest hotel ballroom in the city, at 14,000 square feet, along with Champs sports bar and Findlay's casual restaurant.

This is very interesting; it comes to show that even the big corporations are at risk of foreclosure and not just middle class people like I thought. The Hyatt in Monterey has a beautiful golf course and great service that I got to experience a month ago.
